Only those segments that start with a header that is a person's name are part of the actual story; the rest are just editorial notes. Some of these notes accompanied early fragments in a writing class that I endured the spring of '95. On those rare occasions where I seem to be addressing the reader, it is my former professor who was intended. Now a number of people are reading this, so any reference to the reader is general rather than personal.
After the editorial is clipped out, I would like to believe that the chapters would make sense regardless of what order they were read in. As it stands, I think my intentions regarding where I want this to go will be clearest if it is read in this order:
